Client Relations
Qin Jiang China Project and International Accounts Manager
In the capacity of China Project Manager at WIDE World, Qin serves as liaison between WIDE World and its collaborators in China. She deals with a wide range of issues involved in the professional development courses that WIDE World provides to Chinese educators. In addition, she provides customer support to individual participants from different places in the world who take WIDE World online courses.
Qin went to college in Shanghai, majoring in British and American Language and Literature. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Applied Linguistics from City University of Hong Kong and an Ed.M. degree in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is interested in building cross-cultural conversations among educators from different cultures, especially between the U.S. and China.

Sandhya Klein Latin America Project Manager
Sandhya is the primary liaison between WIDE World and its Spanish-speaking clients. She works with our research, development, sales and marketing teams to adapt our efforts-- culturally and linguistically-- and successfully support our online and face-to-face initiatives in Latin America and Spain. Before joining WIDE World, Sandhya worked in bilingual marketing and advertising, multicultural student affairs and international education (youth and citizen exchange programs).
Sandhya has lived and studied in three different countries. She holds a M.A. in International Education from the School for International Training. Sandhya is interested in exploring ways to facilitate the exchange of ideas and knowledge between students and educators from different cultures.
In 2004, Sandhya developed an international award-winning document for Sister Cities International about a citizen exchange program
for firefighters from Indonesia and the U.S. She also co-developed the document for the International Education Resolution for the state of Vermont, which
was passed by the House of Representatives in May 2007.

Katie Speanburg Client Services Manager
Katie collaborates with educators from the United States and all parts of the world such as Jordan, India, Scotland, New Zealand and Uganda, working with local facilitators to ensure that participants have an enriching and satisfying experience while enrolled in WIDE World courses.
Katie is interested in exploring opportunities for children in developing countries to gain greater access to quality education with the aid of the international community. Prior to coming to WIDE World, Katie worked in various educational settings, including in outdoor education, at a charter school and in higher education at the Harvard Business School.
Currently, Katie is pursuing her Master's of Education in International Education Policy at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Katie obtained her Bachelor's at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY where she majored in Electronic Media, Arts and Communication. She focused her studies on graphic design and marketing.
Katie's favorite activities include spending time outdoors, downhill skiing, running and hiking with friends and family. She also possesses a passion for international travel and has enjoyed visiting several countries along with living abroad in Sydney, Australia.
